1. Introduction
By using the services provided by Pristine Auto Detailing, you (the “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of our services, and it’s important that you read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Pristine Auto Detailing provides a variety of detailing services for automobiles, including, but not limited to, exterior detailing, interior cleaning, ceramic coatings, and other related services. Our services and pricing are outlined on our website, and we reserve the right to update services and fees as needed.
3. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is subject to change at the discretion of Pristine Auto Detailing.
Payment is due at the time of service or in accordance with subscription terms.
Mobile Service Fee: A mobile service fee may apply for all on-site services. This fee is added per visit and will be specified at the time of booking.
4. Subscription Terms
Subscription Billing: Customers who subscribe to monthly or annual plans will be billed according to the selected plan. Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle.
Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made in writing or through the customer portal, and cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Unused Services: Unused services from subscription packages will not roll over to the next cycle.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle Condition: Customers must ensure their vehicle is free from hazardous materials (such as excessive mud, oil, or hazardous waste) and that it is in a reasonable condition for detailing.
Access to Vehicle: Customers must provide access to their vehicle at the time of the service appointment. Failure to provide access may result in a service delay or cancellation.
6. Service Limitations & Liability
Limitations of Liability: Pristine Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as paint damage, rust, or faulty components in the vehicle.
Damage: Any damage to the vehicle that occurs during service must be reported immediately. Pristine Auto Detailing’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Lost or Damaged Items: Pristine Auto Detailing is not liable for any lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle during service. Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings before service.
Warranty on Services: Certain services, including ceramic coatings, may come with limited warranties. Details of warranties are provided at the time of service.
7. Mobile Service Terms
For mobile detailing, a mobile fee applies based on location and distance from the service center.
Customers must ensure the vehicle is in an accessible location. If the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service.
8. Privacy & Data Use
We value your privacy and handle all personal information in compliance with our privacy policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of data as outlined in our privacy policy.
9. Termination
Pristine Auto Detailing reserves the right to terminate services if customers fail to adhere to the terms set forth in this agreement or if they engage in disruptive behavior during service appointments.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Hawaii. Customers agree to resolve any disputes in the appropriate legal manner.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes through our website or by email.
